Every handpan I pick up from the maker in Gdańsk is thoroughly tested by me first. Only when it meets all quality requirements (perfect intonation, harmonies, no defects) do we package it and ship it to you.

Handpan packaging steps
Here's how we protect your instrument, step by step:
- Basic cardboard: The handpan is packed in a solid cardboard box with dimensions 63 x 63 x 45 cm, perfectly matched to standard scales.
- Internal stabilization: We surround the cardboard with empty, durable cardboard tubes that keep it stable and prevent it from crushing.
- Protective case: The instrument is additionally placed in a hard or soft case – select the option when ordering.
- Extra protection for your soft case: We insert protective foams that absorb shocks and protect against scratches.
- Styrofoam frame with plexiglass: We place the entire instrument in a Styrofoam frame, covered with an additional layer of thick cardboard (a few centimeters). We then add plexiglass on top to protect the most sensitive notes (midrange and high notes).
