Handpan D Amara 20 Tones Premium Stainless Steel
We present a unique instrument concept: the Amara Handpan D, crafted from premium stainless steel. This 53-centimeter handpan is a design that combines precise craftsmanship with a rich soundscape. Once completed, it will open up new realms of musical expression.
Amara's expanded D scale
The project involves creating an instrument with an impressive range of 20 sounds: 13 on the top bowl (D3, A3, C4, D4, E4, F4, G4, A4, C5, D5, E5, F5, G5) and seven on the bottom ((C3), (E3), (F3), (G3), (A5), (Bb5), (C6)). This wide scale will enable both subtle melodies and complex, multi-layered compositions.
Exceptional Sound and Tuning
The planned premium stainless steel construction ensures clarity, depth, and long sustain. We anticipate the option of selecting a 432 Hz or 440 Hz tuning, allowing the instrument to be tailored to the individual preferences of the future owner.
Comfort and Mobility
As part of the project, we envisage that the handpan will be available with a soft case and, as an option, with a hard case for greater protection. This will make the instrument easily transportable.

Each piece will be created by hand, with attention to detail and precision tuning. It is not just an instrument - it is a tool for self-discovery and building harmony in everyday life.
Note:
The design includes a choice of gold or bronze shades. The final shade will be determined individually before order fulfillment. Please note that the Premium Stainless Steel surface may develop a patina over time, giving the instrument a unique, vintage character – this does not affect sound or tuning.
