We treat each handpan like a treasure. Our instruments are carefully packaged to protect them from shock, moisture, and damage during shipping. This ensures they arrive in perfect condition, ready to play.

How I test the quality of each handpan

Every handpan I receive from the maker is thoroughly tested first. Only when it meets all quality requirements—perfect intonation, harmonies, no defects—do I package it and ship it to you.

Handpan packaging steps

Here's how I protect your instrument step by step so it arrives in perfect condition:

Basic cardboard
I pack the Handpan in a solid cardboard box measuring 63 x 63 x 45 cm, perfectly suited to standard scales.

Handpan with hard case
I surround the instrument in its hard case with hollow, durable cardboard tubes to maintain its stability and prevent crushing. I enclose the entire instrument in a deep Styrofoam frame, covered with an additional layer of thick cardboard (several centimeters thick). On top, I add Plexiglas to protect the most sensitive notes (midrange and high notes).

Handpan in a soft case
If you buy an instrument with a soft case, I place it inside a deep Styrofoam frame, and the soft case also protects it from above—a double layer of protection against shock and moisture.

Thanks to this packaging, your handpan is fully protected during transport, even in the harshest conditions.

Delivery costs and times

Here are some sample rates (depending on weight, case and carrier such as DPD, UPS or InPost):
