I play handpans at events in the Tricity area – from intimate dinners and receptions, through weddings and receptions, to corporate events, wellness sessions, yoga, and meditation.
I combine prepared repertoire with improvisation, allowing me to tailor the music to the venue, atmosphere, and flow of the event. For most performances, I bring two handpans with different sound characteristics and use both in subsequent parts of the event.
The deep and spacious sound of the F♯3 Low Pygmy 432 Hz is well-suited for calmer, improvised playing, while the D3 Kurd 13 in 440 Hz tuning allows for a more melodic and rhythmic performance and the use of an additional bass line. This allows the music to change character as the event unfolds.
Handpan can gently accompany conversations in the background, create space during a meditation or relaxation session, or become the centerpiece of a chosen moment in an event.

Corporate events, dinners and banquets
Whether it's a corporate dinner, a banquet, an office opening, a team-building event, or a gala, a live handpan can create a calm and elegant musical setting for the event. Its subtle sound allows the music to accompany guests without drowning out their conversations.
Weddings, wedding receptions and private celebrations
I play at civil, humanist, and symbolic weddings, as well as wedding receptions, engagements, anniversaries, and intimate receptions. Handpan music can highlight key moments of the ceremony or create an atmospheric backdrop for the reception.
Wellness, spa and relaxation sessions
The Handpan is particularly effective during yoga, meditation, breathing exercises, massage, and wellness retreats. In these situations, I play more calmly and in a more spacious manner, primarily using improvisation and adapting the tempo and intensity of the music to the flow of the session.
Chamber concerts and artistic events
I also play at community centers, galleries, and intimate venues, as well as during exhibitions and thematic events. In these cases, the performance may take on a more concert-like format, with the handpan becoming a key element of the event.

I bring two handpans to most events and use both during the performance. Each has a different character, allowing different parts of the event to sound different—from calm, spacious improvisation to more melodic and rhythmic playing.
F♯3 Low Pygmy 15 — 432 Hz
F♯3 Low Pygmy 15 It has a deep, calm, and spacious sound. It's particularly well-suited for improvisation, meditation, yoga, breathing exercises, and wellness sessions. It allows for sparse playing, leaving plenty of space between notes, and creating a calm, meditative atmosphere. It also works well with other instruments tuned to 432 Hz.
D3 Kurd 13 — 440 Hz
D3 Kurd 13 It allows for more melodic playing and is further enhanced with lower notes that create a bass line. It works well for intimate concerts, receptions, weddings, dinners, and events, especially in moments where the music can be more expressive and come to the fore.
In most performances, I use both instruments, varying them according to the nature of the event. If the event has a very specific format—for example, a meditation, relaxation session, or an event with other instruments tuned to a specific frequency—the performance might revolve primarily around one handpan.

🎵 Why choose live handpan?
The handpan has a natural, spacious, and very distinctive sound. Each note has a long sustain, so the instrument doesn't need high volume to create a distinct musical atmosphere.
During a performance, I can react to what's happening in the moment—turn down the volume during conversations, leave more space before a toast, emphasize an important moment of the ceremony with music, or seamlessly adjust improvisation to the tempo of a relaxation session.
Two different handhelds also allow me to change the character of the music without using backing tracks or pre-recorded recordings. The whole thing remains a live performance, and individual parts can vary in sound, tempo, and intensity.
In most intimate settings, a handpan doesn't require additional sound reinforcement. For larger or louder events, I can use my own sound system or the one available on-site.
📋 How is the performance organized?
- Tell us what event you are planning – provide the date, location in the Tricity, and approximate number of guests.
- I will confirm availability and provide a performance proposal along with a quote. The format and duration of the performance are determined individually and depend on the nature of the event.
- We'll establish the musical theme. For most events, I bring both handpans and utilize their different capabilities in different parts of the performance. If the event has a more specific theme, I may base the music primarily on one of the instruments.
- On the day of the event, I arrive with instruments and all necessary equipment. If the venue requires it, I also use my own sound system.
I tailor each performance individually. The type of event, the size of the space, the number of guests, the time of day, the desired musical style, and whether it should be a subtle background or a key element of the event all play a role.
