2. subject matter
- The shop offers only handpanies made to individual customer specifications.
- The order consists of choosing a design from the range or placing an order according to your own parameters (scale, tones, colour, cover, etc.).
3. Ordering process
- Submission of an enquiry
The customer sends an enquiry via the contact form on the website or by e-mail. - Quotation and offer
The vendor sends the customer a price quote and order details. - Approval of the order by the customer
The customer responds to the email, confirming their willingness to process the order. - Specifying the account number for the payment
The retailer sends the customer details of the order and the account number for payment (payment by bank transfer or BLIK possible). - Commencement of the contract
Processing of the order begins once the payment has been credited.

At any stage of the ordering process, the customer may request a telephone call - simply express this wish in an e-mail correspondence. The salesperson remains available by telephone at the customer's request.
4 Forms of payment
- Payment for the order is made by bank transfer to the account number provided in the order confirmation email.
- It is possible to make a BLIK payment to a phone number provided to the customer.
5 Delivery
- Ordered handpans are dispatched via courier service.
- Delivery is made within Poland and abroad. The cost and details of delivery are agreed individually with the customer.
6 Right of withdrawal
- Due to the individual nature of the orders (custom-made product), there is no right of withdrawal in accordance with Article 38 of the Consumer Rights Act.
- Before the instrument is sent to the client, the client receives a video showing the sound of the completed handpan. At this stage, the customer has the opportunity to make any comments or suggestions for improvement, allowing the instrument to be fully in line with his or her expectations.
7 Complaints
- Complaints about the quality of the handpan's workmanship can be made within 14 days of receiving the product by sending a video documenting the problem.
- Claims are not accepted for damage caused by misuse (dropping, exposure to rain, sun, high/low temperatures).
- The vendor is not responsible for the instrument being out of tune due to improper use.
8 Guarantee
- All our handpans come with a one-year guarantee on tunes provided the instrument is used correctly.;
- Standard our instruments do not require tuning for a long period of time when used properly.
9 Final provisions
- The terms and conditions apply from the date of publication on the shop website.
- The seller reserves the right to make changes to the terms and conditions. Changes do not affect orders placed prior to their introduction.
