Each custom handpan ordered from Miłość i Spokój is made to order with the greatest attention to detail and craftsmanship. Our standard production and delivery time is typically about 2–3 months.

Throughout the process, you’ll receive updates about the progress of your instrument, and before shipping, we’ll send you a sound sample recording of your finished handpan for approval.

At Miłość i Spokój, every instrument is custom-made to fulfill your musical needs and dreams. Creating your personalized handpan is easy with our step-by-step ordering process:

1. Select your handpan type and series
Explore our gallery of handpan configurations, ranging in the number and layout of notes, materials, and sound scales.
Please note: All handpans are made to order—each project is a proven configuration designed for inspiration.

2. Request a quote online handpanie.
Click "Request a quote to my email address" on your chosen handpan’s page. Fill in your contact details and preferences for scale, number of notes, material, color, tuning, and case type. Submit the form for fast, accurate processing.

3. Order confirmation
We’ll contact you to confirm all order details, inform you about the price, and provide payment instructions.

4. Stay updated on progress
You’ll receive regular updates as your instrument is being crafted.

5. Presentation of the handpan sound as a stage of project implementation
As part of the project, we will prepare a video for you presenting the sound of the finished handpan and send it for approval.

6. Finishing works
We apply the logo, perform the final polishing, and prepare the instrument for packaging.

7. Instrument quality tests in Gdańsk
We verify quality, sound, and compliance with the approved video to ensure perfect execution.

8. Shipment

After all tests, we safely pack and ship the instrument to the specified address.
